Do you suffer from mental or physical tension while horse riding?
Is your horse making it impossible for you to sit straight while riding?
Are you training or laming your horse during horse schooling?
Are your feelings reliable when you ride your horse?
Are you fed up of seeing horses reduced to this?

Which brings me to the serious question: Are  horse riders armed with sufficient anatomical knowledge and awareness to ensure they train their horse without pain or blame? I have spent the last 26 years seeking out what I consider to be the most effective training tools for horse riders available today in order to synchronize:
Schooling the rider  into straightness.
The biomechanics straightness.
Ergonomic saddle fitting which allows for asymmetry in horse and rider.
We all deserve success during horse riding and it is my quest to give horse riders natural stress free, excellence and happiness as they journey together with their horse.
The Bentley horse and rider training technique incorporates:

Alexander technique: The Alexander Technique is the most advanced tool we have today to give us a deep-rooted understanding of mind/body awareness and posture. Joni Bentley's classical horsemanship coupled with the Alexander Technique and NLP, allows her to train horse and rider from their individual bones and muscles avoiding RSI and lameness.

NLP for horse riders
: When nervous riders use NLP they learn how to be master of their own mind and emotions, and melt phobias and nerves into confidence and success. NLP puts you in control of your brain. Only when we take responsibility for our own mind and actions can we communicate fully, with our horse and live in harmony with our fellow creatures living on this earth.

Biomechanical riding: When your horse is able to move with comfort and ease in their saddle, you are free and able to enjoying learning classical horsemanship,
